Programa CIEN 2018

This programme finances important R&D projects carried out in the form of a consortium for strategic areas of the future and with a broad outlook, with a view to international markets.

The beneficiaries of this programme are consortia made up of business groups and involving research organisations. It is an open call all year round with two cut-off dates, one in April and one in September. The deadline for submission is all year round.

The initial budget for Plan Cien 2018 is 100,000,000 euros.

Projects may be submitted which, although they have an open theme, are considered to be industrial research and experimental development projects. Projects will also have a minimum duration of 36 months and a maximum duration of 48 months.
