It is located in a separate plot, property of the PCTH with an area of 2,000 m2, in a privileged environment, next to the Natural Park Marismas del Odiel declared Patrimony of Humanity by UNESCO. PCTH is only 5 km from the coast of Huelva and 7 km from the Capital. It has 21 companies and more than 100 employees.
Among the most important sectors of the park are the chemical industry and R&D&i in Mining. For the support and advice to companies, the park has the collaboration of Andalucía Emprende, with physical presence in the park itself.
Infraestructures and Spaces
PCTH has two emblematic buildings in the province of Huelva, the Headquarters Building for the Promotion of New Technology-Based Projects of 2,500 m2 and the Innovation and Technology Transfer Centre of 7,000 m2, in addition to 6 hectares of land pending construction. We are currently located in the Headquarters Building for the Promotion of New Technology-Based Projects, E2000 for nesting modules for the implementation of new or operating companies and coworking space. It has 22 large spaces for offices with an average of 70 m2 each, which provides a large and comfortable space for companies located in it.
