Kudos Innovation Campus San Fernando is made up of 86,000 square metres divided into 13 buildings with large windows that optimise the entry of natural light.
It has more than 40,000 m2 of green and rest areas. Breathe, take a breath and enjoy working, because the landscaped areas invite you to hold impromptu team meetings.
The campus has a Coworking Space, light industrial, laboratories already implemented an events area, six restaurants, wifi, shuttle bus to different locations in Madrid and Torrejón, charging points for electric vehicles, bicycle parking, car washing, a parcel shop, a gym and a bank branch.
In addition, users have the Kudos App, a tool where you can perform all tasks related to Kudos services and with which to keep abreast of all the news taking place in the complex.
Kudos Innovation Campus San Fernando has been investing heavily for more than four years to improve the quality of the parks, and currently has the following certifications:
