>> TECNOPARC is a space of reference in the world of he health and the nutrition, oriented to promote and
to stimulate the flow of knowledge and technology between universities, institutions of investigation, companies and markets. Of this form it will contribute to the wealth generation, increase of quality of life and to the transformation of the productive structures of the companies, adapting them to compete in the economy of the knowledge.
>> The Park is located in a privileged zone, located in means of three railcars that communicate the city of Reus with Tarragona, with Vilaseca-Universal’s Port Aventura, and Salou. Just next to the airport of Reus and the future Station of BIRD it is formed as a neuralgic enclave from the point of view of communications.
>> The main services to emphasize are the following ones:
- The new Hospital Sant Joan de Reus.
- The educational and investigating supply of the Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV).
- The Technological Centre in Nutrition and Health,
- The Institute of Sanitary Investigations Pere Virgili specialized in Nutrigenomics.
- The Tecnoparc Building, including a Businesses Centre and Incubator and Congresual Centre.
- An enterprise zone equipped with all necessary infrastructures for the development of the enterprise activity. |
